Not sure what's confusing for people or why people think everything is closing. It was said the site will essentially be transferred to a new owner. So the site will remain intact, at least all the content, and should all be transferred to SizeChangeBooru.com where it will remain open. GiantessBooru is going away, but SizeChangeBooru will be our new home <3

Reading through the comments, they seem to swing from its closing, to it was saved, now it sounds like it's closing again.

I know things are hectic right now, but, just asking for those of us who are confused, do we have confirmation on whether it is actually shutting down or not?

I'm pleased to announce that I have come to an agreement with the well trusted owner of Giantess City and will be in the process of transferring the website to him. He's a highly experienced programmer and will be able to take care of needed fixes and run the site well for everyone. Giantess Booru will continue to be free for the community and have similar policies in effect. I will be helping administer the new site when I can and there will be a new call out for volunteers who wish to help with moderation. Until the transfer is complete and the new site is ready for launch I am going to continue hosting it as long as I can. We have the community's best interest at heart and would like to gift the continuation of Giantess Booru to the Giantess community out of our love and support for it. Pixiv.net japanese version of deviantart which i find has far better search functionality. Just make sure you have google translate on your browser.

twitter/x follow your favorite artists and discover new ones through their retweets and likes. I have a unique twitter account just for gts so it doesn't mess with my normal social browsing.

I guess it was a matter of time, not many artist partecipating, mods dissappearing, only AI art present. A truly sad day came. The size related world shrunk (sad pun) with the loss of the many sites during the years. This was the last place I could call home
