When Carl finally was able to be with his sexy neighbor Katie, and he immediately took the oppurtunity, but she said, "You have a choice you can be with me but, only if you willingly let me shrink you, but if you don't let me shrink you, then you will never get another chance with all this again."
And obviously Carl decided to be with Kat, and Katie looked at Carl thinking 'where do I want to put him first'
