I don't really think a vagina would enough pulsating force to crush a man. It would lovingly envelope you and/or smother you depending on your size.
Though I do think person could drown if they were really small and had ventured into her depth fully.
A miniscule person could try to partially climb out to breath if they could get the pressure to leverage themselves out. However, doing so would be tricky as her inner walls would be/become slick from vaginal fluids.
