Chewing is the part of Vore I have no interest in, I just don't like it, I prefer a full swallow. I think if she wore him down a bit, and he was tired, she could send him down quite easily.
As for the digestion part, I think he would be assimilated quite easily, ok perhaps not as much, but he stomach would make light work of him none the less.
I saw a woman swallow a fish once and then as an experiment 'bring it back up' to see what 30 minutes in her stomach had done to the helpless nemo, suffice to say it was almost unrecognizable. So if 30 minutes or less can see off a fish, then a small human wouldn't be much more of a match.
Vore for me = 100% no chewing. Complete turn off.
