Being in just that position could be either a heavenly experience, or a hellish nightmare. If it's with someone you know and trust, like a girlfriend/wife/good friend, you'd have nothing to worry about. It would be really enjoyable.
But if the girl was someone you didn't know, or even someone who hated you, it would be a momentary comfort before she turns you until a bloody paste, mixed with a fair bit of 'juice'.
