That's 'Nurse Emily' - I have imagined her as a GTS more times then I can remember and I dread to think how much seed I have surrendered to her feet over the years hah. ^__^;
I like the idea of her being a giantess and a 'mega'. Being a nurse she is supposed to help people not squish them like bugs under those rather divine peds :D
