I am really glad that you like this piece so much, the artists name is Emikochan a rather close and fellow furry friend that i often see at my local coffee meets.
Her works can be found here http://www.furaffinity.net/user/emikochan/ and she welcomes admiring fans with open arms, to my knowledge this is the first macro/micro piece she has done but she is always open for taking idea if you anyone has something they want drawn.
