well xane, most just don't try to draw one like this. also there is food in there as well looks like some type of soup.

what i'm saying is look a most of the other inside stomach pictures. You've got a tiny filling up the whole stomach with only a few of them having the dijestive juices just starting to seep out (ie a 'dry stomach')

While it makes for a nice image, it's kind of flooded the market, so to speak.
