I know this is not the place to do so, but I'm not sure where to try. I've been trying to upload a few Ochiko images that I cannot find on this site. One of which the system says is on already, but the link it gives says the pic does not exist and the other says it is banned immediately after posting. I'm not sure why, it is no more objectionable than most of the images here.

MarkM, im not sure if this was ever talked about, but for the Banned reason. why don't it say artist removed? or give a reason to it? so us at the user end can get a bit of ideal on things to avoid more or less?
