I've played. In fact, I'm a semi-regular personality over there.
It's a pretty neat server. Everyone has GM capabilities which enable you to spawn any item or object you'd like and a plethora of abilities which allow you to change the scale of own or other's characters. You can be as small as an insect or large enough to engulf entire zones and disconnect everybody within your proximity.
As far as roleplaying goes, the skill levels are varied. I've found some pretty good roleplayers there, but there's also a few people who just like to run around as an over sized blood elf or a really tiny human and like to type out simple one sentence posts which is why I'm always looking for more people to join.
All in all, if you're into size play, roleplaying, and warcraft, I'd recommend it. By far, the worst part is the massive hurdle that is actually downloading the game client and getting it set up.
