Without wanting to be a total fly in the ointment - only slightly - does it not also fall to moderators when these are spotted? I bring it up when I see stuff that doesn't belong, but surely something like GiantessClub's material is well-known enough that yeah, paid content.

i know where you are coming form MarkM i try my best to flag things i see, and at times even i don't always notice in my own uploads a paid page or two. i try to do teasers though.
