That's one of Venomm's early works (#95 from his "Final" series back in the 1990s). Saved in June 2000 in my collection so it's vintage!
Astonishing FX on this for the time. A pity he's not still active: one of the true collaging greats.
Love that "wargasm" tag, by the way!
