It's not even a case of being cruel; she is in fact very generous often happy to have her photo taken and posing with a smile - but the fact remains, 'a girl, (especially one of her size) has to eat'.
So on occasion, after posing she wastes little time popping each one into her mouth and swallowing the wiggly morsels whole.
He probably doesn't know it (yet), but that stunning belly is almost packed full with happy snappy tinies like him.
