I think this epic image is a preluding scene to the dominatrix and her smaller submissive gearing up to tempt and tease their larger 'captive'.
She's gonna have the little guy play around with her labia and other parts, but I think she'll keep him from pushing her over the edge. Leaving the giant with a terrible level of want for the little guy to finish pleasuring her.
But instead of that, the Domantrix is then gonna be bringing the little guy to service her instead. Giving the giantess a tantelizing scene as she forces him to service her right under the giant's nose.
They will keep going, erotically teasing the bound giantess, showing her what she can't have as she struggles to break her bonds to satisfy her arousal.
