Why is it tagged "unknown artist" ? Should I add a kind of signature to my crude photoshop works ? ^^

Yup, I'm the author of everything I upload, low quality as well as better quality (I'm not an expert with photoshop, so sometimes the result is not as good as... let's say Buttman for example ;) ). Otherwise, if this is a re-post, I'll tag it properly :). THe source image can still be taken from another artist, and when a signature is on the image, I don't erase it so the author of the source is not "injured"...

I have a last question about the image #161246 (that's the number given when I try to re-upload), I uploaded it on the 14th of July and it is still not visible (the image is a story related to the French National Day, and a Triumphal Arch made by Giantess' legs).
