I don't watch the anime, but I did some checking...the hair clips make this seem like Hideyoshi, but not the clothes. I think this is a girl (maybe Yuko, the twin sister of Hideyoshi). Then again, the odd grey area around the pubic area makes me wonder if something was edited.
In the end I think Alessandro is right tho. Also I think this picture just looks feminine, but w/e

It's not uncommon for Hideyoshi to cross dress though. The hair clips are definitely his though. Yuko has her hair going to one side but Hideyoshi has that little bit lying right in the middle.

There's no manly bulge though so watevr.
