Not really specific to this image, but added a lot tags to stuff that was approved by slogro. I'm assuming a new addition to the moderator team? Haven't seen the name before.

I just commented on another image about that. Since I see it was already said here, just ignore what I said on the other image. I guess since he's new it's not that big of a deal. I'm only on this site maybe 10-15 minutes each day, so not enough time for me to tag everything, but I'll try when I can.
