When I was tagging this, I was wondering if it counted as mega-giantess. What qualifies as mega-giantess? To me, I think, a regular giantess can maybe walk through the streets, between buildings (smaller or same size as buildings). A mega-giantess is too big for that, like this girl

Mega is larger than around 3-5 buildings stacked on top of each other.
Giga is at the size where they can literaly crush an entire city (Or maybe 20 buildings) with just one foot.

I like to think that mega, giga and tera are all taken from the metric system.
