It's not his usual thing, and the art style isn't as sharp as his. I think it's more likely someone trying to imitate him. Still, great work nonetheless. :D

Thank god this finally got approved.

I don't know if it is ethical for me to alter another persons image like this, but I was a little annoyed at the black censor line in the original... so I removed it with Photoshop.

Again. Don't know if this is OK or not, just thought I'd give everyone an explaination.
