@y1201237 One way you can do it is to open up the image in paint, and then color over the word bubbles with white, (directly on the image) Once filled in, you use the 'insert text' option to put in English. Just resize the text window to fit the word bubble, and remember to select the black color again for the text. Actually really easy to do once you get the image open.
