Don't worry, there is nothing about the quality of images and from what I know, your pics haven't been rejected...
We have a quite long moderation queue and many are the submissions that are still pending approval. Yours must be among them.
Also, submissions appear at random when we mods check the queue, as the page only loads a tiny part of them, so many times we won't see some pics that were uploaded.
Currently, we mods are having kind of a hard time and few spare time, but we are doing our best to keep looking at it and approving them, so we can stay up to date.
Sorry for any inconveniences. Only think I can tell you is to be patient.
PS: I love myself some good gloves too.
