@MiniGiro: I read an article recently written by a dominatrix, regarding sexual repression and the obscure fetishes that are actually more common than people think. One thing she mentioned was guys with 'shrink fetishes.'

The guy looks shopped because the shading is off. The outline of the guy is much brighter then the background where the area he is in clearly shows is completely shadowed.

There actually are animes which contain a giantess, or a shrunken man. The series "mouse" contains a moment where a giantess drops a man between her boobs, then he falls out and drops into her panties and wriggles around and struggles while she giggles and holds him there.

Holy macaroni, I just searched for that comic Vega mentioned. It is awesome and it is long.

It is also filled with questionable values regarding the role of women in society, but I must admit the mixture of unstoppable giantess and virginal submissive is cute and strangely heartwarming. Such colossal power possessed by a benevolent innocent... warm fuzzies all around!
