Doesn't really look like Tifa, except for the bewbs (which are really good). If Cloud wasn't there I wouldn't know it was her.

I agree with Shneog, unless we think this is a younger Tifa, but then Cloud's outfit makes no sense; I was suspicious she was Tifa at first sight, for me the ponytail and ribbon confirmed my suspicious, Cloud was just a plus to be extra sure.
