My first guess was that it's a deviantART user, but it's probably an abbreviation or something as ydnmk.deviantart.com isn't returning anything.
The reason I guessed this is that the image has all the markings of a dA anniversary/birthday/celebration pic. I'm relatively certain those characters are OCs, that signature in the bottom-right isn't particularly known, and of course the entire tone of the image seems to be of commemoration.
