Not sure if other mods know this, but there is a way around the whole "images show up in random order in the queue".
All images are given a number when they are uploaded: giantessbooru.com/post/view/123456.
If an image looks like it might be part of a set, like pages of a comic, you can manually enter the URL of the next image in the queue. Simply take the number and add 1. (or subtract 1 to go to the previous image)
