I've still only seen one season of Titan. Silliness abounds, (e.g. why don't they just go out at night and slay bodies? They've apparently known about the sun thing this whole damn time...), but so far I thought they'd done a good job of lending the situation a sense of gravity and desperation. Shit's brutal!
I did enjoy Evangelion and FLCL back in the day. Perhaps I'll overlook Pany and Stocking's questionable premise. (And, to be fair, I find it nigh impossible to tell a good anime premise from a bad one anyway.)
And Netflix thinks I'll LOVE Gurren Lagann. But I had to look up ALL of those Japanese words. Mikasa is, indeed, sugoi. SHE should turn into a titan, not that derpbag she's protecting. He seems to have a penchant for dropping the ball.
