Oooohh.. So in US English "worshipers" actually IS correct...

As English is not my first language, I just used common sense and logically assumed that "worshipping", which sounds like "shipping" (transporting things by boat), would be spelled exactly the same.

Also funny how Oxford defines "British English" as "World English" :P
On a serious note, would it be a good idea to only use the British English spelling in tags, since both "worshipers" and "worshippers" are correct in US English, but only "worshippers" in correct in both US English AND British English?
I don't mean to ridicule or mock anyone's first language, but I just can't think of a logical reason how or why "worshipping" can be considered correct, based solely on how you say that word and the word "shipping" out loud.

yeah I had to check my spelling to be sure

Of course the same could be said when trying to learn a language other than English but I digress. But to the topic at hand it would likely be better to use US English since I think its a bit more common on here.

Well, seems two p's is the best option as it covers both british and USA english :p

(Truth be told, I thought only "worshipper" is correct, and "worshiper" is wrong :p)

I'd always thought "Worshippers" was correct, because it follows the general pattern for adding suffixes to words ending in consonant-vowel-consonant. But Firefox INSISTS that it's incorrect. Silly spellchecker I guess?

also PRAISE NYMMAZ AND HIS AMAZING ARTS or something like that

since this is an American site I think we should just use the American spelling, so as not to invoke my browser's red squiggly underline when I try to type worshippers instead of worshipers XD

Alright then, I guess US spelling is suitable for use on this site.
Can we get:
"worshipping" & "worshiping"
"worshipper" & "worshiper"
"worshippers" & "worshipers"
to be added as 3 sets of 2 tags to the synonym list, with the latter of each being the main tag?

Ok, I think the Cloudflare bug has something to do with the word [and] being inbetween 2 double quotation marks, with a space between the word and the quotation marks.
Test: " and "
If this comment shows up, then that was not the problem.

" and "ing"

Well fuck you too, Cloudflare.
