Well, she's technically behind Breezehome right now, and looking the other way, so if a dragon or something catches her attention, all should be well.
I personally find it amusing how Ysolda is just looking the other way, willfully ignoring the obvious. A lot of times in pictures you have the tinies/normals/whatevers either running or simply going about their business, but here Ysolda actually looks like she's doing the "do dee do, nothign going on over there, nope, all's normal..." thing.
