The giant marker's really a subjective filter I reckon. Normally it's images which feature/focus on a giant's penis that get's a 'male check marker'. In cases where a giant is featured, but nothing disturbingly sexual occurs, it's normally passable to leave it unchecked. Especially if the image is part of a series like this that doesn't focus much on giant male content ...
