*Wait, looking again, the foot that's supposed to be under her butt is somehow in front of the other leg that's supposed to be stretched out further towards the viewer... if her right leg was drawn to be in front, my previous comment would explain it, but the way the perspective is so botched, it makes the pose impossible.
That's an unfortunate mistake on the artist's part :C
