The artist who made this seems to have good quality from the feet to the upper thighs for his work
Then the quality becomes hit or miss for the rest of the woman (and judging by his pixiv, it happens for a sizable amount of his works)
It kinda just looks like he puts less effort in to the rest when he's done with the feet (cant really blame him, his own personal tastes and all, but it would be nice to see what he/she is capable of if the same amount of effort is applied to all of the woman's body)
