I know it's from an RPG Maker game that recently surfaced. The name escapes me though

Of course this is from フレファミ(Furefami)...Source added.
As for the game underdeveloping, its name is 縮小研究部(Shukushou Kenkyuubu) and is in the charge of ヒヤシンス (hiyasinnsu).
フレファミ seems to be the only artist joined this project but, trust me, this one is the best coloured cg for now. Others…anyway, something is better than nothing.
