Artist is known as Tayunta on Pixiv, so probably not Etz.

Though there have been images that were tagged with Etz even though they where actually by Tayunta.
Similar artstyle, I guess?

Kinda similar artstyle and colouring, but Etz tends to be a bit more angular/sharp her lines. Eyes and hands are the most notable differences. This also looks similar to the sort of simple shading she uses for her coloured sketches at a glance.

Definitely not Etz, no.
