If I remember correctly the giantess is named "Anko" so that tag is probably needed.

I dont think they separate the characters from Naruto on this site based off all the pictures from the series I've seen.

I tag characters if I know their names.
The reason a lot of images don't have the individual characters tagged is probably because the mod that approved it didn't know any names :P
