My thought is simply that in order to retain their regular strength to weight ratio despite the square cube law their tissues would have their strength increased.

At this size their skin could be as strong as armor steel if not stronger, and those trains are hollow.

I can buy this not hurting them.

Don't but science in the equation, because there magic beings so gravity have no power here, plus if they did the opposite of antman they would be full of oxygen molecules, making them gigantic balloons. Plus size cube would only work if the magic made up for there lack of mass, from there starting sizes.

Yeah, not alot of GTS makes sense in the long run, but I don't imagine nyaon of us are here cuz it's realistic. I don't imagine a human body would operate the same if they were giant or tiny either, just on the notion of gravity and air pressure.
