This foot belongs to guy in case anyone is wondering. I believe the artist intended it to be a male character but gave people the option of imagining whatever they wanted.

Fairy Tail is the name of the series. Brandish is the name of the character being stepped on. The one stepping on her is implied to be Marin Hollow.
