Actually, 600 lbs isn't far off. If he were normal size, I'd estimate her at about 35 feet tall, which, taking her build into consideration, would put her in the neighborhood of 13-15 tons. Each breast would be around 4-600 lbs, figuring for around a B to C cup. Square cube law and all that.
Also, if my math is off, I preemptively blame being a sleepyhead. :p
