I've always enjoyed drawing freckles on characters- I haven't done it in a long time, but just to clear something up. She technically isn't a recurring character. And by this I mean, I just designed her for this piece alone. It's a practice that I used to do a lot back when I did pictures mostly for non-commissioned purposes... The only time these sorts of characters recur is when people commission a specific one-off design in the past and want to see it used in a different light.
Thankfully someone decided to pay me to do whatever I wanted for this piece, so I got to bring back a few classic things- The unaware panty entrapment, and a freckled cutie being among those. =ouo=
