While I do understand what message the artist is trying to convey when it is mentioned about where or who the focus of desire should be on, however gender reveals only a personal satisfaction of the viewers choice. There is much speculation in this community wether or not gender matters, in the context of either video or picture, etc form of media. It is important that people realize that no one person or group can decide that for another, it is their own personal choice, and cannot be determined other than by that particular individual of who's desire it emulates from. Revealing the particular identity of a model is also important to some, however, this is information that many are already used to not having and is therefor more easily swallowed and imagination seemingly takes over from there, once a verifiable gender has been determined. (Common characteristics of m/f body parts for example) In my past and most observations of this nature, occurrences of hiding gender has shown me, they often are a sign of deception, (there are almost no other reasons to hide this information as it only provides one answer) and has been an issue many times before with many others and has often led to a decline in viewership, regardless of virtually any other factors. Sadly, not all works were hiding anything other than personal information, gender not necessarily the target of anonymity.
I attempted to remain as objective as possible. This is NOT an attempt at an accusation, or any slanderous, unwarranted, negative response seeking an argument. It should also be known that I still really do enjoy this artist's work, this one is of no particular exception and the idea of the texture is quite well done, and doing great at it's purpose of providing the viewer with a more enhanced version of created representations. I applaud MsPaintGTS on all the efforts provided, past and present, and will continue to look for more works in the future.
