You bent down and parted the tall plants to see the soil it was planted in and it turned out to be be a soft wet mushy substance.
You ignorantly ignored its details while you prodded it to remove the plant and you could have sworn the ground was quaking beneath you as you heard some erratic noises. You were just about to get get up and leave, but stopped when you saw a shadow loom overhead which turned out to be a hand that grabbed you and lifted you into the air.
