This is actually really well written when you think about it, and not totally as demeaning or unrealistic (psychologically) as one might first mistake it.
I definitely think giants and tinies need more impressive relationships than they generally do, but this one has a lot of deep story potential.
I wouldn't normally endorse such a BDSM work where there's already so much of that around.
