The current male content system is supposed to categorize more or less everything that has someone smaller being the victim to someone with a dick- even if it's a really feminine futa-.
The idea is that people who don't mind seeing futa probably won't mind male content- and that people who don't want to see male content probably don't want to see futa.
But I'm certain that there are some people who slip in-between. More filters is never really the answer in my opinion though.
