I love feet, but this ones are weird... Don't get me wrong tho!, they are soo well drawn but they are inverted... lmo.

You're right. Either it's a design choice, or my guess is the artist first drew her with her legs crossed, and then proceeded to draw her feet as if her legs weren't crossed. Might be a mistake.
