I won't lie, the tree is very.. standout-ish Something about the way its shaped, it feels more like its in the foreground of the picture. My constructive criticism sucks, but there is always room for improvement
The composition combined with the fact that she is not explicitly over-lapping it gives it that definite feel.
It's hard to make the go-shinboku tree go behind her whilst still keeping its distinctive knot. I had a lot of problems with it really.
I could make excuses forever.
But really the composition of this piece and the alice piece I did on the same day were just- pretty bad. Ugh... Yeah. Not much to say about it, just- need to do better I guess.
