She's based off the commissioners toon in wow > 'AnirusFere - It's just a blood elf char he has in the game that he wanted a drawins of. There should be a story of it a little later on if you follow AnirusFere's works on his DA you can see it, he does it with all the commissions he gets of mine- because they are a part of his Transient series.
