If only I could, indeed, be among those tinies. Much fun, I would have with the godess.
I'm also fairly sure that is Eris, literally godess of chaos so.... yeah, actual godess worship would be warranted in this situation for a change. I think that the only tiny with clothes there is, in fact, Sinbad, he has a similar outfit and hair to that film, and the design of Eris looks almost identical.
