Don't worry little tiny. You might not know who this woman is, and this must be very unpleasant and scary for you, but I'm sure she's only doing this because you feel so good down there. Try to think of the amount of pleasure a tiny thing like you causes to such a superior being, and you'll realize that it completely cancels out the suffering of such a tiny soul such as yourself. Few tinies get to be used like this. This is the highest peak of your life! You go girl!
