It might be nice for people who don't want to load a gif. I'd keep it, but I defer to a more experienced mod.

I've seen a lot of lower-quality still frames and deleted them because they were poorly cropped from an animation back in the past, but PseudoNymzz's got a point: what if someone wants the still picture?

We're keeping it for now.
