Looks like she's got a Naga with medusa hair, a demon/devil, a witch/wizard with a tail under her sole, and a catgirl between her toes (among others).
Dunno why, maybe because demons, witches and nagas are usually shown to be powerful beings in most pics, but that makes this much funnier :p
