Certainly a fair point. Every mod has a different tagging style, but for me personally I use the shrunken_man tag primarily to indicate that the smaller individual is male. I do this because it is very important for some people(such as myself) that the tiny be male to enjoy the piece, and of course some specifically want the tiny to be female.
It seems like this is a more important distinction than the difference between "the woman being unusually large" and "the man being unusually small," but I acknowledge that this could be my own biases and preferences affecting my judgement as a mod.
